Management companies have increased fees from Internet providers for access to residential buildings, writes Izbastia. If previous operators jointly paid about 15 rubles for an apartment, now the fees exceed 60 rubles from each provider, regardless of the number of its subscribers in the house. Market participants point out that the management companies are circumventing the ban on access fees in effect since 2024, disguising the fees as payment for additional services such as security control, making work in some residential complexes unprofitable.
