The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs summoned the Norwegian Commissioner in Moscow. He was protested because of arrests of Russian property in Norway at the request of Ukrainian companies. The Russian diplomatic department noted that the ship Professor Molchanov, which was arrested in early September by a decision of a Norwegian court at the request of Naftogaz Ukraine and other Ukrainian enterprises, is still in the port of Branzburg. A long winter mooring of a vessel may damage it and harm the environment. The Russian Foreign Ministry also recalled that five Russian real estate properties in Oslo have been seized; our departments will seek to lift the arrests on the property.
