The world's first island of longevity was built in Dubai - an elite residential complex where rich people are promised to slow down aging, literally. The SHA Island project will be located between Dubai and Abu Dhabi. 137 houses and a 110-room clinic will be built in a closed area, and doctors, nutritionists and trainers will monitor the residents' health around the clock. Upon check-in, everyone will undergo genetic research, have their blood and memory tested, determine their biological age, and make a personal longevity plan. Even the houses here are health-oriented: the lighting is adapted to biorhythms, the air and water are purified using special filters, and the walls are protected from noise. The island will also have restaurants with special menus, an organic garden, a beach club and its own marina. The prices are suitable: apartments from 1.25 million dollars, villas from 8 million dollars. The opening is planned for 2028.
