Ilya Gurshev (born 1993) became the third deputy of the State Duma, who decided enough was enough and resigned on October 22. After being a member of parliament for less than a month, on October 27, the State Duma approved the resignation. The New People's Party decided to transfer the vacated mandate to Anton Tkachev. The Central Election Commission is supposed to approve this decision in the near future.
