Ukraine cut off the approaches to Aleshki and actually created a humanitarian disaster, Vladimir Putin said. The President of the Russian Federation emphasized that the humanitarian mission in Alsheki is aimed at providing aid to the civilian population. He also added that the Russian Federation is examining the possibilities for a peaceful settlement of the Ukrainian conflict.
