The European Union has stated that Nord Stream will not return to work even after the end of the war in Ukraine. The European Union opposes plans by the United States and the Russian Federation to restore Russian gas supplies and intends to completely abandon them "regardless of developments" in Ukraine, European Commission chief press secretary Paula Pino said.
