Russia and Belarus Agree on Tax Incentives for Cryptocurrencies - The State Duma of the Russian Federation has approved an agreement providing for VAT exemption for mining and selling of cryptocurrencies in Russia, as well as token transactions in Belarus. We are talking about harmonizing the existing tax rules of the two countries, and not about introducing new benefits.
