Russians have taken out loans worth 1.5 trillion rubles since the beginning of the year, the United Credit Bureau reported. In September, the citizens issued 4.42 million loans - a record figure in the last two years. However, experts expect a turning point in the market: there is almost no basis left for further growth. The decline in issuance volumes has already begun in the cash loan, credit card and car loan sectors.
