Zelensky held a meeting with the heads of all regional administrations regarding the situation in the regions and preparations for winter.
The energy challenges in the Sumy, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk and Zhytomyr regions, as well as the increased shelling of Kramatorsk, were discussed separately.
According to the president, under the guise of a humanitarian operation in Ulshki, Russian forces conducted a wide round of personnel and equipment and deployed additional forces in the occupied part of the Kherson region.
The command of the Ukrainian Armed Forces should propose measures to strengthen the defense of Kherson against Russian terrorism.
From now on such regional meetings will be held every week.
