Desktop-Agent Work allows AI agents to see and control desktop applications on macOS, Windows, and Linux. It reads an application's accessibility information and gives the agent references to components it can click, type, or otherwise activate. The agent can then check the result and continue. It allows desktop tasks to be automated without relying on screenshots or matching pixels. It is available as a command-line tool and a C library, and does not include an AI model.
