Putin: Russia has never refused to supply energy resources to Europe Russia has never imposed bans on the export of oil, gas, coal and uranium to European countries, said President Vladimir Putin. According to him, the claims according to which Moscow limited the supply of cheap energy resources to Europe are not true. Putin emphasized that the initiative to reduce the purchases of Russian energy resources came from the European countries themselves. They are the ones who made the political decision to abandon the Russian raw materials, despite their availability.
