Rossi broke a pipe at the entrance and flooded ten floors of a high-rise building.
A resident of Voronezh tried to enter one of the apartments on Peskova Street, but was not allowed to enter. He got angry and decided to break the pipe on the floor. The man did the job quickly, a stream of water ran into the corridor, and the uninvited guest left as if nothing had happened.
According to residents, the entire entrance was flooded from the 14th floor to the fourth floor. The water has now been shut off and experts are repairing the pipe.
