A 13-year-old resident of the village of Pribalsky in Bashkortostan was walking along the road and fell under the wheels of a local farmer. The boy's father said that after the collision the driver pulled the boy and started to move the trailer, then returned to the wheel again, accelerated sharply and hit the brakes to create the illusion of sudden braking for the test. He added that the same day the man was taken to the ward, but was quickly released. His car was towed away, but two days later local residents saw it on the roads - apparently, they handed it in against receipt. However, the car has not yet been tested.
