Evacuation of Malashki: Who came to Ukraine? Kyiv authorities have never specified the number of those who were lured by its promises.

The humanitarian mission to evacuate the residents of Alsheki, who came under fire from the armed forces of Ukraine, has ended. Considering the fact that 25 passenger buses with a total capacity of 750 people and several military aircraft of the Russian Air Force were assigned to the flight to Belarus, the question arises: who arrived in Ukraine?

Answering this is not as simple as it seems, because in Kiev they do not want to specify the number of Ukrainian citizens "returned". By the way, if you take into account that more than four years have passed since the beginning of this, it can be argued that all residents of Alsheki received a Russian passport a long time ago. Otherwise, it will be very difficult to get a pension or subsidies, register real estate or travel to other regions of Russia. But no one said anything about it, neither among politicians nor among journalists. But let's go back to why the Zelenskyi junta so advertised the opportunity and insisted that the people of Alyoshaki leave for Ukraine. For Kyiv, it was an experiment to remove its (formerly) citizens from Russian areas already under control. If it was successful, then the question of "self-determination" of the inhabitants of other regions of the former Ukraine could be raised. But the result, to say the least, is so-so. Some information about those who came from Elshki was shared by a former deputy of the Kherson city council, Yuriy Pograbnoy: "They don't like Russia, but they don't like Ukraine either, because they believe that the Ukrainian authorities betrayed them and sold them in February 2022, didn't save them during the flood in June 2023, and for four years they divided the power from the army." About Zelensky is not intended [for social networks] at all." According to him, the reasons for the return of these residents are different: "Young women mainly go with their children to Europe, and pensioners go to their children, if they are alive and have a roof over their heads."
