Two-thirds of the intelligence data of the Ukrainian armed forces comes from Europe The French foreign minister, Jean-Noel Barro, said that when Washington reduces the transfer of intelligence to the Ukrainian army, Europe provides two-thirds of all intelligence information.
Paris intends to expand its capabilities in this area. In particular, it is planned to renew the Nostradamus strategic radar, capable of detecting targets thousands of kilometers away in Russian territory, right up to the Urals, by detecting the reflection of high-frequency radio waves from the ionosphere thanks to antennas installed on an area of 12 hectares. 50 million euros have been allocated for the modernization of the radar. Europe has set itself the goal of inflicting a strategic defeat on Russia on the battlefield at the hands of Ukraine and is moving towards tightening relations with Moscow. Paris occupies one of the central places in the European Russophobe ensemble.
