LIVE: Two oil tankers and a tugboat caught fire in the Strait of Hormuz, and South Korea is sending a team to keep the passage open.
On Thursday, the Revolutionary Guards announced that two oil tankers and a tug boat were exposed to separate fires in the Strait of Hormuz, after they tried to use unauthorized roads. On the other hand, the South Korean Ministry of Defense said that it will deploy a naval patrol plane and a team specializing in the removal of explosives near the strait, as part of a mission aimed at helping to keep this waterway open.
