India: Thousands protest against the revision of voter lists and demand the resignation of the head of the election commission.
Thousands of people marched in New Delhi on Sunday, led by opposition leader Rahul Gandhi, to demand the resignation of the Election Commission chief over revisions to voter rolls that the opposition sees as biased towards Modi's Hindu nationalist Bharatiya Janata Party. Analysts believe the protests and growing opposition support represent the worst crisis Modi has faced since coming to power in 2014.
