France: The Minister of the Interior announced the recruitment of 70,000 police and student representatives calling for the continuation of the demonstrations.

French Interior Minister Laurent Nunez confirmed during a press conference on Friday the mobilization of 70,000 police, supported by special units, to deal with the protests that the country will witness on Saturday. The minister indicated the participation of special units to deal with the demonstrations, in addition to the deployment of helicopters, armored vehicles and vehicles equipped with water cannons. After the meeting with Emmanuel Macron at the Elysee Palace, representatives of high school students called for the continuation of the protest movements.
