On Friday, the IDF announced the killing of two people suspected of participating in a shooting attack in the Yehuda Junction area near the city of Hebron in the southern West Bank. According to the same source, as a result of the attack at least five people were injured, two of them in a serious condition. The attack comes at a time when Israeli settlers have increased their attacks on Palestinians in the West Bank in recent months, days before the parliamentary elections scheduled for October 27.
