Tour de France 2027: A route serving UK time trial specialists and men's starts.

The organizers of the Tour de France announced on Thursday that the 2027 edition will favor specialists in time trial races, as the individual stages will include 71 kilometers of these races, while the men's race will start in Great Britain and the women's race will finish at the top of the Pis du Dome. This route comes to restore the balance in favor of highly capable long distance racers, with two decisive mountain stages in the Pyrenees.
