On Monday, Russian forces launched a "large-scale attack" on Kiev and its surroundings, which they said targeted military installations, and also announced the targeting of a cargo ship in the Black Sea. It comes amid American efforts to end the war, with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio calling on Moscow and Kiev to "focus" on ending it.
