Ukraine announces renewed attacks on Russian refineries, and Moscow bombs Izmail port in Odessa

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in an interview published by the Financial Times on Thursday that Ukraine would resume its attacks on Russian refineries, stressing that "the ban on refinery attacks is over." On the other hand, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced that it bombed the port of Izmail and two cargo ships in the Odessa region, while two people were killed in attacks on the Dnipropetrovsk region, in a mutual escalation that reflects the continuation of the war more than three and a half years after it began.
