London suggests the "involvement" of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards in the British Fairford base incident, but Tehran denies it
British Prime Minister Andy Burnham suggested on Monday that the plot targeting Fairford Air Force Base was coordinated in Iran, adding that it was almost certainly carried out at the direction of Iran's Revolutionary Guards. US bombers used the Fairford base to carry out strikes in Iran, but US President Donald Trump said last week that a threat linked to Iran prompted the withdrawal of the planes. On the other hand, Tehran renewed its denial of any involvement in the incident that occurred at the end of September.
