The defense team confirms that journalists from the Egyptian "Metzedesh" platform were tortured during their arrest

On Monday, the defense team of the arrested Egyptian journalists of the "Don't Believe It" platform revealed that their clients suffered "torture, abuse", beatings and electrocutions during their detention. The prosecution decided to imprison one of the six journalists arrested since last week, for 15 days pending an investigation, amid a widespread wave of condemnation of human rights.
