Maghreb news: Al-Mansouri's consultations in Morocco, the expansion of the death penalty in Algeria and rape crimes in Mauritania

Consultations continue in Morocco for the formation of a new government, following the victory of the Contemporary Authenticity Party in the legislative elections, and the appointment of King Mohammed VI Fatima Zahra Al Mansouri as Prime Minister. In Algeria, the death penalty was extended to include arsonists and child kidnappers. In Mauritania there were demands to pass a law against sexual assault against minors.
