France: Moroccan singer Saad Lamjard was jailed for ten years before appealing the rape charge

On Saturday, the French Court of Appeal in Crétil issued a verdict imprisoning the Moroccan artist Saad Lamjard for 10 years on charges of rape, with an order to send him to prison. Lamjard was sentenced to six years in prison in 2023 before the Paris Criminal Court.
