Iran presents a plan to open Hormuz and a Saudi-Turkish-Pakistani defense meeting in Riyadh

Iran presented to the US a conditional plan to reopen the Strait of Hormuz within seven days, while Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Pakistan held a military meeting in Riyadh to increase coordination and joint defense, at the same time as the escalation in Yemen and the UN Security Council's condemnation of the Houthi attacks on the kingdom.
