Brazil set a world record for the most red cards in a soccer match. The referee sent out 53 participants in the semi-final match of the second division of the state championship of Minas Gerais among players under 20 years of age between Oberlandia and Memur (1: 3). The reason for the removal was a huge struggle. Red cards were awarded to 43 players, eight coaches and two managers.
