The Dakar Rally will take place in Portugal and Morocco in 2027 after being moved from Saudi Arabia. The competition starts on January 9th in the Portuguese province of Faro and ends in Marrakesh, Morocco on January 23rd. Since 2020, the event has been held in Saudi Arabia, but the organizers decided not to hold the race in the country next year due to the situation in the Middle East.
