The right to a social old-age pension in 2027 will be given to men born in 1957 or older, as well as to women born in 1962 or older, TASS reports, citing the Social Fund of Russia. A prerequisite for the allocation of payments is the presence of Russian citizenship or permanent residence in the country for at least 15 years. Also, the representatives of the northern residents with a small number will be able to submit an application for a social allowance upon reaching the age of 55 for men and 50 years for women.
