According to Rostat, from October 27 to November 2, retail fuel prices fell in 61 regions of Russia. The biggest decrease was recorded in Kalmykia (by 20.3%), Kabardino-Balkaria (by 13.1%) and Khakassia (by 10.4%). In the regions of Tyumen, Novosibirsk, Astrakhan and Voronezh, as well as in Mary El, the cost of fuel decreased by more than 7%.
