The High Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine arrested General of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) Sergey Duka with the possibility of bail of 65 million hryvnias ($1.4 million), writes RBC. According to the investigators, the deputy head of the department's National State Protection Department provided cover for a network of 52 fraud centers, where approximately 2,700 people worked. For protecting each such office from inspections, members of the criminal group received about $7,000 a month.
