SpaceX board member Donald Harrison has stepped down after more than 10 years, Bloomberg reports. The resignation of Alphabet's top executive came amid Elon Musk's plans to merge SpaceX and Tesla. The companies have already established special committees of independent directors to evaluate the possible deal, which could be announced in early 2027. According to SpaceX documents, Harrison's departure is unrelated to corporate disagreements.
