Rosneft's board of directors recommended paying dividends for the first nine months of 2026 in the amount of 9.44 rubles per share, Kommersant writes. The company's shareholders will make the final decision at an extraordinary meeting to be held on December 23, and the closing of the register of those entitled to receive payments is scheduled for January 12.
