The Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation will allocate 312.63 billion rubles for the purchase of foreign currency and gold according to the budget rule from November 9 to December 4, the department reports. The volume of daily transactions will amount to 15.6 billion rubles, which is 2.9 billion more than the previous period. Considering this decision, the Bank of Russia will increase daily purchases of foreign currency in the domestic market from 12.12 billion to 15.02 billion rubles.
