The Ministry of Transport of Moscow will change the tariffs from December 25 and expand the paid parking zone in several metropolitan districts, Kommersant writes. In sections of streets with 80%-90% occupancy, parking costs will be increased to avoid further shortages. At the same time, prices will be reduced at 20 sites in six districts. The new paid zones will include streets in eight districts of Moscow, where local residents will receive priority parking through the issuance of resident permits.
