Russian President Vladimir Putin officially confirmed that tripartite negotiations between the Russian Federation, the United States and Ukraine will take place on November 10 in Abu Dhabi. According to RBC, the head of state discussed the upcoming meeting with permanent members of the Security Council. The Russian delegation included presidential aides Vladimir Medinsky and Yuri Ushkov, Deputy Foreign Ministers Mikhail Glozin and Sergey Ryabkov, as well as Admiral Igor Kostyukov.
