The Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation announced the launch of a preferential mortgage program at the rate of 8% in Crimea and Sevastopol. The maximum loan amount will be 8 million rubles with a 20% down payment. The program will be available for use from November 1, 2026 to April 30, 2027.
