The Scientific Council of Experts of the Russian Security Council stated that the Starlink and OneWeb satellite systems create risks of destabilizing the situation in sovereign countries, Interfax reports. According to the Russian Foreign Ministry, at least 10 countries have already encountered such interference. In response, the relevant ministries were asked to speed up the production of Russian spacecraft and prepare a plan for their international deployment.
