The Bank of Russia proposed to oblige the markets to return money for purchases to the same bank card from which the payment was made, Kommersant writes. The exception will be cases where the customer himself specifies additional details. The initiative was sent to the Ministry of Economic Development and was intended to stop the practice of crediting refunds to anonymous wallets of subsidiary banks of the sites, from which funds cannot be withdrawn without identification.
