Linking insurance pensions in Russia to the index will cover 37.5 million people, said Minister of Labor and Social Protection Anton Kotyakov. According to TASS, the payments will be increased in two stages: from February 1 they will increase by 6.8%, and from April 1 - by an additional 3.3%.
