According to RIA Novosti, the average salary in Russia in August rose by 9.8% in annual terms, reaching 103 thousand rubles. The largest increase in the indicator was recorded in the Magadan region - by 23%, the Khabarovsk Territory - by 22% and the Republic of Tuva - by 21%.
