Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky said that every power plant in the country suffered in one way or another from Russian attacks. In a speech at the Ibero-American summit on November 5, he called the damage to the energy infrastructure the main problem of Kyiv and demanded that the allied countries provide the necessary equipment as quickly as possible to work with the national energy grid, Izvestia writes.
