Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree clarifying the rules for classifying people as people from unfriendly countries, an expert magazine writes. According to the document, this category will include citizens who have not confirmed citizenship or the right to permanent residence in Russia or a friendly country. In the absence of supporting documents, they will be subject to special rules for carrying out transactions, fulfilling corporate obligations and paying foreign creditors for type "C" accounts.
