In September, the number of registered unemployed increased in 55 regions of Russia and decreased in 30 regions, writes Vadomosti. The figure increased the most in Yamalo-Nantes Autonomous Okrug - by 54% from year to year. At the same time, in the country as a whole the number of citizens looking for work decreased by 6.7% compared to August and amounted to 276,200 people. Experts explain the growth in individual regions by the persistence of structural imbalances in the labor market.
