The Ministry of Finance has prepared a bill that reduces the period for submitting a complaint about tax disputes to a higher authority from one year to three months, Izvastia writes. The second stage of the appeal to the Federal Tax Service is planned to be optional, which will allow applicants after the first stage to immediately go to court. Taxpayers will also be able to participate in the examination of cases in person or through a video link and involve mediators in the process.
