At the end of 2025, about 14,000 groups of taxpayers, bringing together 34,000 companies, took advantage of the amnesty and refused to split their businesses, the Federal Tax Service reported. The department estimates additional budget revenues at approximately 23 billion rubles. For the most part, organizations from the field of trade (38%), construction (17%) and logistics (12%) refused such plans.
