Goldman Sachs and AOS Global Management are looking for investors to purchase debt-financed shares of SpaceX in the amount of about $40 billion, Bloomberg reports. The funds will be used to purchase Nvidia GPUs for the company's data centers. The deal is structured through a specially created company that will purchase the chips and lease them to SpaceX for five years. It will not reflect the debt on the company's balance sheet and maintain its credit rating. Equipment delivery is expected in the first half of 2027.
