A phone call between Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump is not yet planned, said the press minister of the Russian president Dmitry Peskov. The statement was made on the eve of the tripartite negotiations on Ukraine with the participation of representatives of Russia, the United States and Ukraine, which will be held on November 10-11 in Abu Dhabi. According to RBC, the Russian delegation at the meeting will be headed by Assistant President Vladimir Medinsky.
