The Russian government will allocate over 13 billion rubles to 22 regions for growing winter crops, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said. The support is intended for farmers facing logistical disruptions in the Azov-Black Sea basin, mainly for grain producers. The funds will cover part of the fieldwork costs in the area of more than 5.5 million dunams.
